Frenchtown #2 – H update.

October 29, 2009 - Dallas, Texas - Gulftex Operating, Inc. announces, Frenchtown #2 - H completes construction for gas delivery.

Gulftex is pleased to announce that the Frenchtown Common Delivery Point (CDP) has been completely constructed to facilitate the delivery of gas sales down the sales line from the Frenchtown #2- H well. The gas flow meters, all plumbing and valves have been installed as well.
The location is ready, the storage tanks have been set, the separator has been plumbed in and the entrance road has been reconditioned in anticipation of Frenchtown #2-H operational traffic. All State, City and local permits have been approved. The Texas Railroad Commission has issued the final permit and we are now ready to begin the next phase which is the drilling of the Frenchtown #2-H.
